Operating and Maintenance Manual Production
The HSE recommends that the Health and Safety file is split into two parts to make it easier to access more "operational" data which will be used more frequently. Of course, we apply the same attention to detail and efficient compilation of materials for the Health and Safety file to the provision of the Operating and Maintenance Manual.
Working closely with the lead contractor on a regular basis Prologue Project Co-ordination will:-

Agree the most suitable presentation format for quick, access and use.

Provide as many copies as required.

Ensure there are manuals for all installed equipment and appliances.

Include Risk Assessments and Method Statements for ongoing maintenance and cleaning procedures such as window cleaning.
