Prologue Project Co-ordination has been established to promote and charge for the provision of property documentation services by Melanie Purvis.
Melanie Purvis
She is equally at home on site liaising with contractors and in the office researching and preparing materials. Her industry related skills are underpinned with a high level of PC literacy, strong administration skills and a flair for the presentation and organisation of information . She worked in highly relevant industries (outlined below) in roles which make her mix of skills and experience ideal for the provision of property documentation services.
Architects practice:
As both Office Manager and PA to a Partner, Melanie gained her introduction to the construction industry and her role incluuded the issuing of valuations and contracts.
Conference and event production:
Melanie worked in both account management and event management roles working equally well with clients, crew and venues and developing an appreciation of logistical and health and safety issues.
Property developer: As the site based Project Secretary and PA to the Construction Director, Melanie was fully involved with the day to day site operations supporting the whole site team. Her role included dealing with purchasers and residents as well as contractors and suppliers, being the document controller for all site data and offering first line PC/IT support to the site team.
